- Delays: While we aim to ship all orders promptly, certain circumstances (e.g., high demand, holidays, shipping carrier delays) may cause delays. We will notify you if there is a delay in processing or shipping your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping methods:

- Digironics is not responsible for any delays, lost items, or extra shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@digironics.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@digironics.com and provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and provide you with a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
